About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, to services provided by Evitex Solutions ("Evitex", "we", "us"), based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Proposals & scope
Every engagement starts with an agreed scope, price and timeline in writing (a proposal, quote or message thread). Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Prices on this website
Published prices are in Indian Rupees and apply to the scope described on each page. Taxes, where applicable, are added as required by law. Prices may change; the price confirmed in your proposal applies to your engagement.
Ad spend & third-party fees
Advertising budgets, marketplace commissions and fees, domain names, paid themes, plugins, apps and other third-party costs are not included in our fees unless stated in writing. They are paid by you directly to the provider.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your proposal. Monthly services are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts after letting you know.
Your accounts & approvals
You remain the owner of your seller accounts, ad accounts, website, domain and social profiles. You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely approvals, and for your products complying with platform policies and the law.
Results
Marketing and marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, pricing, stock and demand. We commit to doing the agreed work professionally; we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales or returns.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, final deliverables created specifically for you — such as designs, videos and website content — belong to you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, music, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period agreed in the proposal. We'll hand back access and deliver completed work that has been paid for.
Governing law
